The first error in the high court’s ruling is that they just violated the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution which reads:
“The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
There is not a single state that voted to give this power to the federal government or the federal courts. In fact the Founding Fathers purposely wrote the Tenth Amendment to keep most of the power in the hands of the states and to keep the federal government small. Yet over the past century, the federal court has steadily stripped the states of the constitutional power given to them by the Founding Fathers.
The Supreme Court ruling also violates the First Amendment because no Christian business owner is allowed to run their business according to their faith. If any homosexual couple requests their services – photography, cake, flowers, venue, etc. – for their same-sex wedding, the Christian business owners will be forced by the Supreme Court ruling to violate their Christian faith.
The Supreme Court obviously forgot the wording of the First Amendment which states:
“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
According to the US Constitution, Congress is the ONLY branch of the government that can pass a law. The executive and judicial branches were NOT given the power of creating law, but evidently the Supreme Court has illegally taken that power onto themselves just at Barack Obama has.
More importantly than the violations of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, the US Supreme Court has violated the laws of God. The writings of our Founding Fathers are full of statements on the Christian foundation of America and the necessity to maintain that foundation. They warned that once we abandoned our Christian foundation that America would collapse from within.
The current Supreme Court forgot that in 1892, Supreme Court Justice David Josiah Brewer issued a ruling in which he wrote:
“No purpose of action against religion can be imputed to any legislation, state or national, because this is a religious people. This is historically true. From the discovery of this continent to the present hour, there is a single voice making this affirmation…There is no dissonance in these declarations. There is a universal language pervading them all, having one meaning; they affirm and reaffirm that this is a religious nation. These are not individual sayings, declarations of private persons: they are organic utterances; they speak the voice of the entire people… These, and many other matters which might be noticed, add a volume of unofficial declarations to the mass of organic utterances that this is a Christian nation.” (U.S. Supreme Court, Church of the Holy Trinity v. United States, 143 U.S. 471 (1892).
If you study history, you will quickly learn that whenever a nation turned away from God’s laws, God withdrew his blessings on that nation and subjected them to His wrath. When the nation of Judah turned away from God, they were turned over to the Babylonians. Read Daniel to see what happens when God brought His wrath down on Judah. Daniel was a faithful and righteous man yet he was taken into captivity and was subjected to horrible things, telling us that even the faithful will not escape God’s wrath and judgement on a nation.
Ancient Rome was the most powerful empire on earth at that time.  As Rome prospered, they embraced many sins, including homosexuality. They openly embraced this deadly sin and not long after they did, Rome collapsed from within.

God was very clear about homosexuality. Leviticus 20:13 states:
“If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.”
In God’s eyes, homosexuality is no different than murder, stealing and lying. It’s an abominable sin, punishable by death. Now that America has openly embraced and legalized homosexuality, I truly fear that we are soon to experience God’s wrath.
The last time I visited my dad before he died, I asked him about the growing trend of legalizing homosexuality. He told me that he spent 6 years in the US Navy, joining before World War II started and serving for the entire war. He said that he fought to uphold the US Constitution and the Christian foundations that America great. Then he told me that he prayed he would die before our nation fully legalized same-sex marriage as that is not the America he fought for. Dad’s prayer came true as he went home to be with the Lord on Father’s Day 2015. If he were still alive today, the news would surely have torn his heart and patriotism to shreds and killed him.
By issuing their ruling today, I firmly believe that the US Supreme Court signed the death sentence for the US Constitution and for America as a nation. The only appeal God grants is one of repentance of the nation as a whole and I don’t see that happening any time soon. I now pray that God takes me home before His wrath rains downs on our nation, because no one will escape His wrath and that scares me more than anything else and it breaks my heart to think that my children and grandchildren will suffer because of America’s apostasy.
