Banking documents? LOL

The only one that will arrested will be the idiots that try to use a bank to try and convert those docs into currency.

This quack deserves to be locked up in a mental ward and the key thrown away.

She has claimed the banks have been foreclosed for over a year now. No bank has been foreclosed, none her documents recorded have any force and effect. The banks are all private foreign corporations like the government that you are not a party to and never were a party to. You have no authority, no power and no jurisdiction to do squat pertaining to government and its foreign banks.

The only thing this idiot is doing is citing acts of war against the foreign corporate government and its private foreign banking system.

And this moron was an attorney? LOL

She's whack case!

I don't remembered Heather ever asking anyone if we wanted her to do this OPPT business in our behalf, she did included the whole of humanity in her docs anyway (So much for transparency) Then she went and said everyone was going to get 6 million dollars each, EVERYONE! and when people realized she lied and got upset at her she acted surprised, that's when she came up with a big announcement "WE ARE THE VALUE" we don't need money (What a joke!) then more and more people started coming up as part of this OPPT organization, Heather announced her partnership with Suissindo(Not sure of the spelling) all the while Sofia had cancelled the comments feature on the Removing The Shackles blog because they didn't wanted any negative comments about the OPPT and they were posting OPPT Articles, Calls, Skype Calls all the time, OPPT just took over that blog, then a big fight ensue between swissindo and OPPT, they were like kindergartners back and forth blaming each other and accusing each other of trying to deceive people it was PATHETIC!!! so so unprofessional, apparently that killed OPPT and Heather is now working on her own, or maybe back to working with the Rothschild family , like she was at the beginning back in January, Heather supposedly works in transparency, well, she wasn't very transparent with the language on any of her documents which are very very hard to understand, you could be giving away your soul and you wouldn't know it the language is so foreign to the lay man she never give a damn, she never tried to make it more understandable, I remember very clearly she said "People are going to have to come on board whether they understand the docs or not or they are going to be left behind" well looks to me that her arrogance is getting back at her, People stop believing on her and her lies and now OPPT is gone!! Thank God!!

Good luck anyone trying this BS. Reminds me of Tim Turner's 'fantasy republic' The UCC is not law, not ratified by any gov't, only a code. It destroys an individual's God Given Rights guaranteed UNDER the constitution. Join the UCC, give up your rights. Become a trust or trustee all over again by willing choosing to do so. HAHAHA, how stupid are people who do this really.

She supposedly deals in transparency and love. Her docs are impossible to understand, she's been fighting publicly with loads of people including swissindo (An entity that works in spirituality) None of her docs ever worked, she's suspected to be working with the Cabal, she's writing docs left and right and uses people to test them, do it at your own risk but if she was as transparent as she claims she will explain the language on her docs and remember SHE IS A LAWYER!
