T - The IMF is in lockdown. It could be anywhere from 2-6 hours after they get that last document. Nobody knows why they haven't received it and no one else does either. We've been totally cut off from them and they're the only people we can't talk to today. They are controlling it and they're the only ones we can' reach today, which is unusual. NEW TEXTS JUST RECEIVED: Everything I'm saying is good and is processed and should be done this evening sometime. I am getting estimated times - 2-6 hours. They are indeed expecting it this evening.
