if this is real, then why not list the site that you are referring to. IRS.GOV site has no such statement. Is this dis-info???? Anybody?

IRS.GOV has this exact comment on it. Click on where's my refund from the main page and you will see it when you scroll down. It's not a HOAX.
This is fear porn spreding, not of all going to happen, it will be rally stupid to shot down all their control centers.
