George Bush Sr. used to do business
with Panama's Manuel Noriega.

In fact, Noriega  was on the CIA's
payroll for years - even though he
was a major facilitator of drug
running and money laundering.

Then the Bush Sr. got tired of him
and it was "bombs away."

The US has apparently gotten
tired of another one of its shady
allies Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman
who was arrested yesterday to much
superficial media fanfare.

One top cartel member says Guzman's
Sinaloa Cartel were armed by the US and
given "free pass" for their operations for
years in exchange for playing ball with
the US.
