'Government' Goes After Veteran who Lives “Off the Grid”
Remember when we used to live in an America where we were free to live as we wished as long as we didn’t harm others? Well, we don’t live there anymore. Everyday new stories emerge offering definitive proof that we live in a society where the government truly believes they have the authority to rule over us instead of serving our will. The latest outrage comes to us from Huntsville, Alabama – which is supposed to be a haven of conservatism, no? A Deep South state with deep south limited government values, right? Not anymore…
Tyler Truitt is a veteran who just wants to live his life as he sees fit without government intervention – the city of Huntsville says ‘no’. They want to be involved in Truitt’s day to day affairs.
Truitt and his girlfriend live within the city limits on a couple of acres of land. Truitt has created a self-sustainable property, complete with solar power and rainwater collectors. "We live out here off the grid, 100 percent self-sustaining. So I basically made all my utilities: I have my solar panels, I have my rainwater collection and stuff."
The city does not approve of such a lifestyle and have condemned Truitt’s home, calling it ‘unsafe’. The city is demanding that Truitt and his girlfriend vacate the premises or be arrested for trespassing. Remember, this is property that Truitt legally owns. However, if Truitt were to simply connect his property to the city utilities, his problems would just go away. Apparently, Huntsville believes that his property would be ‘safe’ if it had city water and city electricity.
It’s a disturbing situation. The city of Huntsville is trampling the very freedoms that Truitt was fighting to protect, and for what? The city is likely worried that Truitt could start a trend of people living “off the grid” and then they’d lose revenue on their city utilities. So how do they respond? By illegally forcing a man off of his own land and trumping up ridiculous charges against him. It’s sick.
For his part, Truitt plans to fight the city with everything he’s got.
"I took an oath that I would support and defend the constitution and the freedoms that entails, and I really feel like those are being trampled upon," Truitt said.
Truitt is prepared to fight for his property. "You have to stand up for what you believe in. They could come out here today if they wanted to and take us to jail for trespassing if that's what they want to call it and, you know, that'd be fine with me. I'll still come back the next day and the next day and the next day because it's my home and because I live here. Where else am I supposed to go really?"

Okay so this guy fought for our rights and he does not know how to protect them when he's at home?
Secret number one, for those wishing to be illuminated.
1. The city didn't do a thing. If you can show me how a CITY can do something I will be glad to see you produce that magic. WHAT IS A CITY! is it a name, a group of people, a corporation, a bunch of folks leaving their home as mom, dad, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, and using a badge or name tag to say they work for a business and in the course of working they produce some document claiming to act for the city.
So, if the city didn't do a thing who did?
Secret number two.
2. A man or woman did it...someone who is alive, and has life energy moved and wrote something, decided something, emailed something, gathered some people, signed something and implemented something.
Can a man harm another man?
Can a man say his boss gave him permission to harm another man?
Can a man say the owner of any business gave him permission to do a thing that would harm another man?
The guy has some nonsense posted on his door WITH NO SIGNATURE!
if it ain't signed, no one has taken responsibility for telling him to do the thing, so if he complies, he will have done so of his free will! Now if he wants to figure out who is behind this mess, he needs to inquire, freedom of information.

3. Protect your right. An awareness blog is going to tell you to 'yeah brother, fight the good fight! We are all watching ya! Woo yeah! Hand in there! We will see what they do to ya, and what you do back to them! Oh, yeah, you are such a victim, fighting for our rights and the 'nonliving thing that is given a name', that big bad thing that is called a city, that thing is just moving against you and doing so much nasty stuff to you, yeah, fight that nonliving thing. We are going to support you with our cheers!'.
There are rules and laws that stop these people. They don't move until you MOVE THEM!
if they come after you! where is the grand jury complaint on their trespass of the right to live in peace!, where is the district attorney complaint on them overstepping the scope of their offices, where is the office of the attorney general complaint of a business 'YES' a business called city of huntsville who has employees, YES, employees who are harassing you. Where is the DOJ complaint for title 42 violations of deprivation of rights under color of law or authority.
This man has done NO THING to protect his rights, and NO THING to stop these people and he's going to fight a fiction! And we should feel sorry for him?
I bet he's a proud card carrying 'citizen' who is 'registered' to vote for the people who wrote those rules for 'BUSINESSES', but he hasn't read the code. He can't even see how he's being used and this blog is being used.
