TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

The book is non-fiction.  It will be available both in hard copy and E-book.   

The book confirms that the Federal Reserve Association is comprised of 12 privately owned district banks.

And originally, each district bank was issued a 20-year franchise.  That legislation was modified in 1927........................but the 12 district banks are still in violation of the initial legislation creating them.........................therefore, they function  in 2015, illegally.

The book provides the proof of this allegation.
