As widely reported on the internet, the power elite plan to crash
the American dollar and the American economy at the target date of
September, 2015 for now.
And as widely reported now, the federal government has claimed that
once you deposit money into a banking account, it is not your money
anymore and they can put you in prison for such as you took out too much
cash out of your bank account at one time or stockpiled cash against
potential bank collapse in America. My mother had been a child actress
during the American Depression of the 'thirties. She put $300,000 I
think in a New York City bank account, F.D.R. had his banker's holiday
and when the banks reopened in America, she had $5,000 in her bank
account. The federal government "insured" her bank account for $5,000
and $295,000 disappeared into thin air with no legal recourse available
to recover the missing money.
I many years later studied economics science with six of the top
economists of America and Europe including a German economist endorsed
by Albert Einstein, Sir John Maynard Keynes (rated top economist in the
world then), and other prominent brilliant sources including Prof.
Irving Fisher of Yale University (rated top economist in America then)
as teaching basically the only true economic science in the 20th
century. After all this economic science I knew that the federal
government stole this $295,000 of my mother's money is why the bank was
never prosecuted by the federal government for stealing most of the
money from their customers' accounts in New York City. Money like this
disappeared from bank accounts all over America and banks were not
prosecuted then because they had not been the ones stealing the money,
but the federal government was and it was not going to prosecute itself
for massively stealing all this bank money from all over America.
Now Wash., D.C. has set itself up so it can in 2015 steal all of the
money that you put in any bank account in America now. Dave Hodges has

the money you put into your bank account does not belong to you but to
the bank and federal government any moment they want to seize and

Congress is too pathetic and irresponsible to save the American
economy if the American dollar and economy suddenly crashes in
September, 2015 or around that time. Pass my Omni Law shown on my
national website and from that moment on, I can by fast national
referendum of the American people have the necessary legal authority to
stop the crash of the American dollar and economy, and turn things
around fast like lightning. I just talked with a well placed source who
was confirming to me that the money should be there to pay off the
national debt of America which puts America in a powerful position to
then skyrocket the American economy into fast growing prosperity and the
potential creation of enough jobs to employ all the American people who
want jobs to support themselves and their families with. Americans do
not know economics well, but most of your federal tax money goes to pay
interest on the national debt. Pay off the national debt and this
releases huge amounts of new money for the American people and
businesses to spend into the national economy.
I freely admit that the way the national debt of America was created
was in violation of the legal terms of the U.S. Constitution but as the
financial honor of America is at stake, I would intend to see the
national debt paid off rather than legally repudiated which some
conservatives might think a solution to the national debt. If sources
see that they did not lose money by backing the national debt of
America, then when suddenly the national debt is eliminated, if America
wishes to raise money for future projects benefiting America or the
world, sources across the world will trust the financial integrity of
America as a nation and our world credit will be good for anything we
ever want to finance as a nation. The reason why illegal debt was
created for America through Wash., D.C. is that the American people did
not want to be bothered with forcing the federal government to be honest
as a government and obey the legal terms of the U.S. Constitution and
U.S. Bill of Rights. Passage of the Omni Law shown on my national
website is where the American people now take effective responsibility
for their national government and will have the nonsense stopped in
Wash., D.C. and the national government will now have to operate with
honesty instead of corruption, treason, and irresponsibility of leaders
not caring to do things correctly for America as a nation.
The Omni Law (full name on my website is "The Omnibus Civil Rights
Act For America") gives the American people the legal right of
referendum over the national government and forcing it to carry out the
will of the American people on important issues instead of ignoring the
people and ramming down their throats laws and policies intended by
self-appointed masters of America using the federal government to rule
the people with instead of serve the people with.
Wash., D.C. practices many major violations of the legal concepts
America was founded as a nation upon. For example, you are automatically
guilty until proven innocent instead of innocent until proven guilty.
Under this unconstitutional policy, they take away your money, property,
business, etc. until you can prove yourself innocent. Many funds that
were paying the people very well were suddenly closed down on legal
charges that were maybe never proven in court, but the fund was
destroyed anyway by this unconstitutional legal policy. It appears
normally that the feds pocket the money they grabbed from the challenged
fund and it is never returned to the people it belonged to. Instead
from tentative legal evidence I have had access to, many times the money
has apparently been split between involved federal officials and is
used as a bonus to the salary on their federal jobs. Clyde Hood of Omega
Trust had I understood $174 million in cash funds taken from him and
split between federal people involved instead of returned to the
supporters of Omega Trust who the money was owed to. It was reported to
me that the feds threatened Clyde Hood with the death of his son if he
did not confess to being guilty of the federal charges brought against
him. His son as reported to me needed constant medical attention and
would die without it. They would see to it that his mother could not
help him with medical attention if he did not confess to what the U.S.
Justice Dept. wanted him to confess to.
And Mike Kadowski of Omega Trust had his two feet chopped off to try
and force him to tell them where his part of the Omega Trust money was
kept at. Also, to try and force him to say that he was guilty of the
federal charges where he kept asserting that he was innocent and would
not let the feds confiscate the money that belonged to supporters of
Omega Trust. He was a diabetic and they withheld insulin from him until
he lost both feet chopped off or cut off or else sawed off his legs once
in the hospital at the operating room. He died of a heart attack when
the second foot was cut off by whatever procedure they used in the
operating room. Once the Omni Law is passed, we will defend the legal
rights of the American people and such barbarian acts of the federal
government will no longer be tolerated done by Wash., D.C. Witnesses
reported to me what was going on with Clyde Hood and Mike Kadowski in
the hands of the feds.
This is the kind of federal law that you may well face in thousands
of variations until my proposed Omni Law is passed in America. Wash.,
D.C. does not take seriously obedience to the U.S. Constitution and U.S.
Bill of Rights but I heard such in federal court in Wash., D.C. a
federal judge say that he was not bound by the U.S. Constitution as they
were wiser now than the Founding Fathers who wrote the U.S.
Constitution.
As soon as the Omni Law is passed, then the U.S. Constitution and
U.S. Bill of Rights will once more have to be obeyed by those working
for the federal government or else risk legal ruin and imprisonment if
needed to stop their attempted treason against the U.S. Constitution and
U.S. Bill of Rights. Right now you the American people have basically
zero legal rights in the eyes of those running Wash., D.C. today.
Passage of the Omni Law restores the national government of America back
to the American people once legally passed.
And American folks, key feds are already planning how to confiscate
much, or even all your money, property, etc. anytime they want to once
given the national event which is their legal excuse to pretend that you
have no legal rights under law and laugh in your face as they take away
everything you ever owed in life including all the money in your bank
account. Once you the American people force Congress and state
legislatures to pass the Omni Law, you then have legal rights again like
those who founded America as a nation and were its first citizens of
this new nation founded and dedicated to freedom for the American people
back then.
