 Cook County Commissioner Richard Boykin is in talks with United Nations officials to explore the possibility of putting UN troops on the streets of Chicago to address the city’s horrendous gun violence problem.

He doesn't have the authority! No state has the authority to seek alliance with any other foreign nation. It is Constitutionally forbidden. Only the Federal level Government has that authority through the president with the consent of the states in majority.

If these UN 'troops' are here illegally, and I,(we), believe they are,... confiscate ALL equipment belonging to them. That of course includes all trucks, vans and/or jeeps,... also all their 'arms', small or large. These 'UN troops must be considered 'enemy combatants', and treated as such. If our Marines need our 'help', (I don't believe they do), just say the word.
