Unconfirmed--but wouldn't put it past the Whore of Babylon---
The Federal Reserve bankers have offered $billions to the CIA mercenaries in Libya to come to the United States and start a bloody rebellion. The Federal Reserve bankers sent Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to make their offer and terms. According to high ranking U.S. military officials the plot by the Federal Reserve bankers calls for Libyan mercenaries to enter the United States as guest of the Federal Reserve banks. Once on U.S. soil they are to hook up with CIA and DHS contacts and immediately prepare and execute their mission to start shooting New York City cops who are assigned to police the Occupy Wall Street protests.

James G. Stavridis United States Navy admiral, who serves as the current Commander of U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) and NATO's Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR). Admiral Stavridis is wanted in connection with illegal military actions against Libya. Stavridis is commander of NATO military operations against the soverign state of Libya. UN Resolution 1973 clearly called for imposing only a no-fly-zone over Libya, not a war to overthrow the government of Libya. The Resolution specifically instructs all parties to take all necessary measures, ... to protect civilians and civilian populated areas. Disproportionate and unauthorized use of force, has lead to detrimental consequences, and the death of thousands of Libyan civilians by NATO forces under Admiral Stavridis's command.
Stavridis is wanted for: 1) Treason - levying war against the United States, for 2) "the wanton destruction of cities, towns and villages, and other devastation, not justified by military, or civilian necessity" and for 3) the "Murder, extermination, deportation, and other inhumane acts committed against the Libyan civilian population, during the war of aggression against Libya, and for persecutions on political grounds in execution of or in connection with any crime within the jurisdiction of the Tribunal, in violation of the domestic law of Libya".
Relating to the charge of treason Article I, Section 8, Clause 11 of the United States Constitution, vests in the Congress, the power to declare war, in the following wording: Congress shall have Power... To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
UN Charter Article 2-7. "Nothing contained in the present Charter shall authorize the United Nations to intervene... in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state or shall require the Members to submit such matters to settlement under the present Charter; but this principle shall not prejudice the application of enforcement measures under Chapter Vll.
Article 22 of the Hague IV ("Laws of War: Laws and Customs of War on Land (Hague IV); October 18, 1907") states that "The right of belligerents to adopt means of injuring the enemy is not unlimited".
Security Council Resolution 1973 prohibits a foreign occupation force of any kind, in any part of Libya. The rebels fighting Gaddafi, became a foreign armed force, when NATO forces from France, admitted to providing weapons to al Qaeda infiltrated rebel forces, for the push on Tripoli, in blatant defiance of the UN mandate. NATO forces under Admiral Stavridis command, are willfully breaking their own legal justification for involvement in Libya, by arming the rebels.
