Soekanto to Keenan: Cease and Desist
I was sent copies of this document by someone who wishes to remain anonymous. I immediately ran them up the tree for verification and have been told by high up sources that the seal/stamps and notary are legitimate.
Several months ago I was informed that Neil Keenan is not in any way associated with the Global Accounts and Dr. Seno Edy Soekanto as he has led people to believe. This information came from very high up sources. Since then I have been given verification of this from several other sources. I left the information alone and did not bring it forward until today. After reading this document I have realized that it's important for people to know this information so that they understand that not all is what it's portrayed to be and that there is a lot going on that very shady to say the least.
As I have said many times before: Many whom you think are good, are not good.

WONDERFUL. Now all we gotta do is the usual, figure out who is full of it. It did seem strange that weeks ago Keenan was reputed to have 'worked for the CIA.' We can't even be sure that the PP's and/or global settlements are real, never mind Drakes and aliens. C'est la vie. TYJM frj
Looks like Stew Webb was right way back when he said the whole Nesara thing was a scam being run by disinfo stooges.
When you really think about it, "REALLY THINK", we don't really know much of anything. We all have beliefs based on information from other people.
I for one am SICK AND TIRED of all the Lies and Deceit. The whole USA Corportation is a big SCAM, even our justice system, which is suppose to be about the truth, protects the lies.

Well anon 2:43 and 7:52 before you come to conclusions, please keep in mind that the bad guys will stop at nothing to deceive you. He is being discredited by disreputable people. Check out "2012 Whats The Real Truth" this morning. I would bank on Jean's opinion by her integrity and years in the "alternative media" business. She has read and seen it all, plus she knows Neil.

Please, this is pure disinfo. This site is a total waste of your time!
I was speaking with Mr. Keenan last night as he tried to post two rebuttals, and neither of them were accepted and published at this site. This information is a bunch of lies and this site in my opinion has been totally discredited.
I got up in the night to see if his replies had been published, but they still had not. When I tried to publish info here, the incoming energies (or something) threw me off line until I got up this morning.
Put very succinctly, Mr. Keenan said that this man would never sign such a document without his thumb print!! Mr. Keenan, who doesn’t back away from incredible lies like this had a lot more to say about this, and he is welcome to publish it here. Those people who were commenting, particularly someone named Ariel doesn’t have a clue – not a clue!
There is no sense trying to state this on the actual site, because I doubt they would publish my words either. so please viralize my statement. I wouldn’t visit this site again, just as I wouldn’t visit Cobra, or Caspar, or Tom Heneghan. As I have long said, these sites are all total disinfo sites, believe me!!!! Now I include this site, as well.
I will see if I can get in touch with Mr. Keenan to see if he wants to publish a comment here.

THANK YOU, JEAN. I'm glad you confirm my suspicions of Cobra, Caspar and Tom Henegan, and now Removing the Shackles is on the shit list. I went there twice, got personally attacked (for a comment), left for good. Realistically, few of us have 'secret sources.' This only leaves us to judge using instinct, common sense, the actual text written and your gut. I can't confirm anyone being completely above suspicion, including you. No offense. I sense you are genuine, until otherwise prompted by actions or evidence. I still think it's weird that Keenan is alleged to have been with the CIA and is a 'good guy,' an agency not known for it's honorable actions. TYJM frj

Guesswork is all I got, not often a reliable indicator. Thank you for a civilized response and the recommendation of Jean. #1. It says IOTC instead of OITC.. so did they forget how to type their own acronym? This document is neither real nor legal.

Neil Keenan lost all credibility a long time ago.
As you can see, making up the script & plot in the Keenan Hoax production "the never-ending U-Turns drama series of The Global Collateral Accounts" in real time is never a good idea. Too many twists and turns. Even the most seasoned crisis actors aka liars get into some difficult knots sometimes. In this episode of "Hang Em High" by Drake posted on Sept 6, 2012 he spoke of the Cease & Desist (C&D) issued by Dr. Edy Seno aka Dr. Seno Edy Soekanto of the Soekarno Trust (Drake's version) aka Soekarno Family Heritage aka Soekarno Papers aka Amanah Assets.
A major blooper as the C&D issued to Keenan was dated 7 Oct 2012. Drake jumped the gun in dismissing this particular C&D on 6 Sept 2012, almost 1 month earlier. Remember Drake specifically mentioned the C&D was issued to Neil Keenan and no one could see him as he was in the hospital.
In trying to create a sensational cliff-hanger episode to explain away why Keenan had to withdraw his lawsuit filed on 23 Nov 2011, they got their "knickers" all botched up.
