going to go out on a limb here and say that most people would not
want to do anything that would harm or damage their brain.

statement?

The critical nutrient
that's almost non-existent in "modern" foods
The
Omega-3 fatty acids Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid
(DHA) are critical for brain health and development throughout your entire
LIFE. Your brain's neurons (the cells that transmit messages) are extremely
rich in these Omega-3 fatty acids, especially DHA.
OK,
so far so good.
So
what's the problem?
Thanks
to our reliance on processed foods, vegetable oils and meats from grain-fed
animals, the Omega-3 EFAs in most people's diets today are practically
non-existent!
So
your brain is grossly being deprived of what it needs to function, every

out of her own brain cell membranes and give them to the baby.

muscle function and coordination which are primarily controlled by the

Things
don't get prettier as we get older either.

depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia and suicidal tendencies.
