"On the Mark" commentary from a reader
====================================
====================================
I am a person who is wide awake to what is going on currently with the changes in the financial system. If the new system is to bring about transparency, why is that is regards to my mortgage with Wells Fargo, even after I have written requesting information to prove to me that my mortgage is not fraudulent; which they have yet to provide, why is that they are trying to sell my property right out from under me. They are hiding behind a 3rd party which they have hired to do their dirty work for them in the sale of my property. Also their employees are only allowed to give out their first name and badge numbers for they understand that under this new common law system that we are able to hold anyone personally liable for trying to collect on a fraudulent debt. They are knowingly taking advantage of their own employees. Each day I get numerous calls from Well Fargo in a desperate attempt to tell me that I can stop the foreclosure process by talking to one of their specialist about modifying my loan. Their attempts are nothing more than harassing and manipulative in nature. I recently spoke to a young lady who was at the end of her car loan from being paid off. She stated to was just a few days late on her payment when she received a bizarre call from the bank advising her that she needed to make her final payment immediately and that they would even take a $120 off of the payment is she could take care of it that day. She said it was interesting how after she made her final payment that they advised her that their receipt system was done. For where I am sitting, these banks are still trying to suck every last dollar out of the system before the change over and in the process tread on my "Sovereignty".
Our sovereignty has been returned to the people and they need to realize that we are now the"banks". We are no longer the debtors and them the creditors, instead the people are now the creditors and the bank are the debtors. I will not handle any future exchanges for value with any of these banks with out my personal document stating such that. I am the "Creditor" and they are the "Debtor" and any transaction fees agreed upon will be transparent and agreed upon between both parties. For me, Wells Fargo can kiss off, for I have the proof they are not operating with transparency. I will take my foreign currency exchange business elsewhere. Perhaps to the credit unions, who used their own capital for loans with a modest return and who operate for the people as a non-profit. The same credit unions that the big banks have been trying to squeeze out of the new system.
The big banks need to start not only talking the talk, but also walking the walk in my opinion. I am tired of waiting on this change over, when our "Sovereignty" has already been returned. I know that Chase has released a fraudulent mortgage back to someone, but it was only after the homeowner who is also awake to the situation contacted them by mail. These banks need to realize that if they cannot stand up and be "TRANSPARENT" and work for the "WE THE PEOPLE", then they need to be put out of business IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Here! Here! WELL SAID.
If you refer to yourself as a person, how can you possibly think that you are awake?
This is a very important point. Those of us who now understand that we are (and have been) the creditors, and yet are still struggling with banks, lawyers, judges, who try to sidestep the issue entirely, how indeed are we to trust banks, if they will not come clean on the old issues? Will they straighten up when there is MUCH MORE MONEY on the table? More to be gained
by new forms of Chicanery?
I want to use WF, only because the others I have present and past negative history with, and THEY STILL HAVE NOT STRAIGHTENED THINGS OUT! As in paid off properties and they will not let
it go even yet!!
I believe if the new system, the new republic is born again, then all will be handled, and well. But a concise addressing of that point will be helpful for all to have confidence in the new banking system. If of course, we go to the new republic...
