So many people today suffer from digestive problems, it's really tragic. In the US, it's about 1/3 the population, believe it or not. It's sad. It's frustrating. And it's maddening... Because it's completely preventable in most cases. The human digestive system is extraordinarily advanced. It's super intelligent. It's just not designed to be breaking down the way it is today for so many.
