FEMA purchase Orders for $13.6 Million for MREs and Heater Meals to be delivered to Austin by 10/1.
9 Week training course for UN peacekeepers in Conas to learn Urban Warfare and need to learn English and US Weapons Systems, Foreign Solders learn, since 4th week of July for 386,000 troops to be completed by 10/1.
2,800 MRAPs must be delivered to DHS by 10/1.
No Leave will be allowed for US Military from 9/28-11/5.
NORCOM yearly training for civil unrest is to be suspended until 9/27 to be performed in Northeast coastal areas.
ALL DHS agents must qualify with side arm, shot gun, and AR-15 by 9/28.
No mention of yearly less lethal qualification.
All National Guard units will complete Riot Control and Disaster Assistance Training during this years Annual 2 week training.
ALL units must have their training complete by 9/30.
Eastern based Coast Guard units to perform massive group training, usually performed in the Gulf, in the Virginia and Delaware areas.
This is a 10 day training mission to begin 9/26.

Will it be the 386,000 foreign troops to just Execute Americans for wanting to own a Gun?
The Commander-in-Chief will Now be Ordering the Execution of Americans, as they do NOT Support the Obama Dictatorship?
Civil War II will begin if any of the UN troops or US Military takes action against any Americans!

If the corporate US was to be taken down, and we know it's controlled by foreign power, who control the money issued by the corporate US, would the people who benefit from that money and power stand down and let the take over take place, or would they tell the people who want change that this is a UN take over for One World Government and get people who have guns and ready to use them, to rise up in urban warfare and fight not knowing if they are fighting for what they want or against what they need.

But... Ummmmm... Antibiotics are used to treat bacterial infections and would be no help for virus infections such as MERS.

It all sounds like a poorly planned hoax to me. The same web site said some similar disaster is coming for Fema region III in an article titled...
