Part l - NOTICE #21 "Cash in amount" & #22 "Cash out amount"
Pay close attention to Part II specifically #25(e) & #27(e) BOTH say, "Currency exchange(s)".
The form isn't consistent with the words they use. REMEMBER: EXCHANGE EXCHANGE EXCHANGE
Maybe we can have DC/Tony clarify if the difference in wording will make a difference. IMO, [??], I think because we are doing Currency
Exchange we should be alright, but words do make a difference.
Daz's post I see Peaches1 makes reference to FinCen114, but says that's for Foreign accounts. Well, we aren't doing Foreign
accounts, not if you are using US Financial institutions. IMO
Everyone needs to be aware of the new form change. Hope this helps.
