EPA Withholds Mine Spill Documents From Congress
Navajo Nation Indians need our help STILL.
The EPA spilled toxic water into the river supplying the Indian nation…. then… the EPA sent toxic water in polluted tanks for public use AFTER the spill.
Now the EPA trying to block documents from going to Congress which explains how the spill happened.
The EPA is being criticized by the congressional House Science Committee for blocking the release of documents related to the Gold King Mine spill, which are essential to the committee’s ongoing investigation of the disaster. We look at the story on the Lip News with Jo Ankier and Nik Zecevic.

A congressional committee blasted the Environmental Protection Agency today for blocking release of documents related to the Gold King mine disaster, which poured deadly chemicals into the largest source of drinking water in the West.
“It is disappointing, but not surprising, that the EPA failed to meet the House Science Committee’s reasonable deadline in turning over documents pertaining to the Gold King Mine spill,” said Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX). “These documents are essential to the Committee’s ongoing investigation and our upcoming hearing on Sept. 9. But more importantly, this information matters to the many Americans directly affected in western states, who are still waiting for answers from the EPA.”
Smith – who frequently spars with the EPA – is chairman of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee. EPA director Gina McCarthy has been asked to appear and answer questions about the agency’s role in creating a 3-million-gallon toxic spill into Colorado’s Animas River on Aug. 5. Critics say McCarthy and the EPA have been unresponsive, secretive and unsympathetic toward millions of people who live in three states bordering the river.
For several days, the EPA didn’t notify the states of Utah, New Mexico or the Navajo Nation that the spill was coming their way. McCarthy waited a week before visiting Colorado and even then she refused to tour Silverton, the town nearest the Gold King mine where EPA contractors unleashed the toxic plume into waterways that feed the Colorado River. The agency withheld the name of the contractor working on the project and other details that are generally considered public information. Lastly, the Navajo Nation, which relies on the river for drinking water and farming, received an emergency supply from the EPA in oil-contaminated containers.

The reason we appear so helpless is because we fail to identify who is doing things to us.
Stating EPA might as well be replaced with the word ghost.
New Title: [Ghost] Withhold Mine Spill Documents from Congress
The [ghost] spilled toxic water into the river supplying the Indian nation…. then… the [ghost] sent toxic water in polluted tanks for public use AFTER the spill.
Now the [ghost] trying to block documents from going to Congress which explains how the spill happened.
Or how about the word Nobody
New Title: [Nobody] Withhold Mine Spill Documents from Congress
The [nobody] spilled toxic water into the river supplying the Indian nation…. then… the [nobody] sent toxic water in polluted tanks for public use AFTER the spill.
Now the [nobody] trying to block documents from going to Congress which explains how the spill happened.
A better way to remember who we are, 'the people who consented to these organizations and who have the power to regulate what they do"
These things have someone responsible. There is a man or woman who gets up every morning and goes to work and has something to do with this.
We have to break the program of using corporate names when we discuss things.
If we mention Federal Reserve, everyone knows Janet Yellen, she's the girl out front, and mention US Treasury and people say Jack Lew, he's the man out front, well when it comes to the EPA, name the people in charge, or the people who work for the people in charge and start giving names.
most know the majority leader and minority leader or a caucus leader in Congress.
If you want remedy without being helpless, find that man or woman who is equal, what is their name, name that 'created equal' man or woman and bring this out of the fiction into the real.
We have people who can't think, and they are their strawman.
They will do the same things over and over and never name names, only naming the fiction, and we have people who are trainable and can pull back the curtain and see there is a real man or woman behind the fiction.
The people with heart, mind, and courage are the ones who can convey the information properly and limit the powers of the people behind the fiction.
Heart, Mind, Courage Tin man, Scarecrow, Lion
can limit the powers of the fiction wizard or witch
These 3 letter agencies are servants of the head criminal corporation - THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LTD. which took over the nation unlawfully (along with the Federal Reserve taking over the nations' real treasury) These agencies carry out the orders and agenda of those behind and who run the head criminal corp - The USA Ltd. The people don't have a vote for the officers of these corporations, in particular the head corporation - The USA. The people don't have a 'say' in what they do. We can organize and bombard them with our grievances and demands but we really have no 'say' as they are NOT part and parcel of our REAL government - which is non-existant. We the people need to stand up to them. We need to see to it that these criminals are arrested and tried for their criminal actions. Do you really believe that will happen? I don't. They can't even get away from their self-centered lives long enough to meet and discuss the situations much less organize and get the job done. It's not important unless the issues affect them personally - like when the SWAT team is busting through their front doors or windows. So sad.
