Throughout the course of the recent Great Transgender Bathroom Debate, one of the primary concerns raised has been that of regular, old-fashioned perverts, and not transgenders, taking advantage of the open-bathroom policies to fulfill their sick fantasies.
Such fears are not misguided or unfounded, as there have been numerous incidents of men hiding in bathrooms with cameras to try to film women or little girls in one of their most vulnerable states.

Discovered in at least three separate women’s bathrooms at different locations in the Florida Keys were miniaturized cameras disguised as coat hooks.
“These are very small cameras that can be mounted in many locations and hidden in many seemingly everyday items,” stated Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay in a news release. “If you find anything suspicious you think might contain a hidden camera, don’t touch it. Call us right away and we will respond.”
“In all three incidents, miniature cameras hidden in coat hooks were found mounted on the walls in the women’s restrooms,” explained Becky Herrin, spokeswoman for the Sheriff’s office. She added that the cameras, which are available for purchase online, were triggered to record by a small motion-detecting sensor.
Sadly, this is just further evidence that people must be aware of their surroundings at all times, even in places where people generally assume they will have some privacy.

Not only women's bathrooms, how about secret cameras in motel/hotel rooms or anywhere, in public, one might expect to find some privacy? These cameras are so small now that they can be hidden almost anywhere and take HD quality pictures or video too. So who know; you go to the motel for a romp in the sheets with your favorite honey, who knows, maybe even your wife, and the pictures wind up on the internet, without you knowing or suspecting anything about it. Maybe that's why, people who can afford them, buy 5th wheel travel trailers and other types of RV's for privacy concerns. That is how sick people are becoming. They put these cameras everywhere so they can get their jolly's.
