Re: Obligatory Forensic Evidence of the Culpability for 9/11 known previous to the invasion of Afghanistan

Whereas: Following the tragic & traumatic events of September 11, in the year of our Lord 2001 we, the American people were promised by President George W. Bush clear, convincing proof that Usama Bin Laden [Hereafter UBL], A/K/A Tim Osman (C. I. A. Code Name) and Al Qaeda were responsible for that attack and,

Whereas: To date no such credible forensic data has been forthcoming - nor has UBL been duly indicted in an American Court of Law nor does the FBI.gov web page for him contain any reference to 9/11- and at the top, the words twice appear “outside the United States” which clearly qualifies that he was NOT wanted for the events of 9/11, [http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/terrorists/terbinladen.htm] Such forensic evidence MUST precede the invasion & occupation of Afghanistan to be legitimate.  And,

Whereas:  The Taliban, then the proper lawful government of Afghanistan did offer to hand over UBL provided that clear convincing proof of his guilt were presented for examination.  Thus,

Let It be clear we the people make the same lawful and moral demand as the Taliban, who failing the clear presentation of such body of damning evidence against UBL have been slandered as harboring Terrorists.  We, the people, lawfully & peacefully DEMAND that whatever legitimate forensic evidence be made known to us – without any misuse of the term “National Security”.  While we have no problem with the legitimate application of keeping the people at large secure, it has become clear that as a fraudulent pretext - these words have far too often been abused to shield corrupt elements from accountability for their treasonous crimes.  Please do not insult our intelligence by claiming that he “confessed to the act”.  We have examined the purported confession side by side with known evidence of the REAL UBL we do not know who that man was, but we are certain it was NOT UBL and that video was “found” only AFTER we invaded.  It was been reported that UBL died 12/2001 thus all alleged messages need to be examined for veracity.  The official recognition of UBL’s death does NOT constitute a legitimate deflection of the issue at hand while our troops still illegally occupy Afghanistan upon a fraudulent pretext. Trial by media via warmongering disinformation constitutes TREASON.

Let It Be Clear that the moral ultimatum is clearly this: either present incriminating forensic evidence against UBL - or the obligation is to indict the treasonous elements within both the government & the media - that not only LIED to we, the American people, but also stifled honest examination & discussion - and also further obstructed justice by misuse of the premise of National Security.  [What if the REAL terrorists are those that LIED to us?]

Let It Be Clear that the Holy Bible warns that hell is for cowards & liars [Revelation 21:8] - for whatever worldly consequences of standing opposed to the Plutocratic agenda of creating a counterfeit world government – it is infinitesimal given that eternity itself is at stake here.  Let it be clearly understood - there is no threat of any inappropriate, especially violent, action on my part - or of the 9/11 Truth movement – the eternal destiny of your soul is exclusively between you and your Creator.  But you cannot claim you were not warned.

Given That after all these years, contrary to Constitutional obligations for the Federal government to secure our borders - our borders have remained wide open & our immigration laws unenforced - thus giving great credence to Aaron Russo’s warning that the REAL agenda of the “War on Terror” is to create a world-wide cashless society using subcutaneous RFID technology disturbingly along the lines of Revelation 13. Sub Silento is the lawful premise that silence, following clear & open disclosure [as herein], – the failure to refute is tacitly an agreement.  If there is no presentation of clear forensic evidence of UBL’s culpability for the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001 within 60 days of lawful service - you are agreeing that there really is no such body of evidence thus that the “War on Terror” is essentially a treasonous fraud that was set upon the American people and the feigned enemy foreign by the enemy domestic.  Do you intend to be party to this treason?   If not, we demand an independent full criminal investigation of 9/11 that does not evade facts!
