Very sombering message from stansberryresearch.com which has a track record for
several years now of apparently calling correctly turns in the American
economy good and bad better than any other source on public record at this
time. What is being reported by stansberryresearch.com now indicates that America will
likely crash as an economy and nation if this July 1 law Obama wanted passed
is not repelled like lightning in America! I Erasmus Of America (pen
name for an outspoken national economist) refer to the section of HR Bill #2847
Title V which is called FATCA. Under FATCA, colossal pressure is put on
foreign banks to drop U.S. currency and not allow American citizens to have
foreign bank accounts abroad. Obama and members of Congress who wrote this
FATCA up may not realize this, but uunder the terms of the Nuremberg War
Trials of 1945-6, this is labeled "Crimes Against Humanity" as
Hermann Goering was charged for basically the same legal practice as this
under peacetime in Nazi Germany prior to World War II and the Nuremberg War
Trials of 1945-6 labelled this a hanging offense under international law and
a policy of genocide against a targeted group. The American I.R.S. basically
takes over management of foreign banks when handling U.S. currency and
foreign banks may have to spend as much as 30% of American money deposited
with them to cover the expenses required by regulations of the I.R.S. of
Wash., D.C. This is to force foreign banks to drop American citizens as
depositors with them and basically force foreign banks to drop acceptance of
American money with foreign banks. Also, bank wires would not be allowed
under this. Easier than telling Obama and members of Congress to read the
legal transcripts of the Nuremberg War Trials, look up the movie
"Nuremberg" which aimed for factual presentation of the legal side
of the Nuremberg War Trials and excellent performances were delivered by such
as Alex Baldwin who played the key American prosecutor there nailing Hermann
Goering for "Crimes Against Humanity" by legal decrees done under
Hermann Goering which prohibited German Jews from having money abroad outside
of Germany and owning property outside of Germany. Also, federal agencies
trying to enforce FASTA also are subject to international arrest and
execution under international law by hanging from the gallows as decreed
against Hermann Goering but he committed sucide just before being executed. I
think Wash., D.C. had better back off from FATCA like lightning before
foreign sources and maybe outraged Americans as they are made bankrupt by FATCA
as this collapses the American economy and with united cries from America and
abroad involved federal officials behind FATCA are put on trial for their
lives and then hung from the gallows for "Crimes Against Humanity!"

As having studied with six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe including a German economist endorsed by Albert Einstein as teaching the only true economic science in the 20th Century, FATCA is so dumb, so radical, so criminal, and so treasonable against all the Americans and America as a nation, all Americans need to rally against this and immediately contact members of Congress and state legislatures that they want this FATCA and the rest of this act of Congress immediately repealed. This type legal tactic to control all money leaving a nation is only set up by dictators when they are afraid that their nation is about to go bankrupt under them and they hope this legal tactic will save their economy whereas the reverse is achieved whereas no nation wants their money any longer and so this improves the potential that their nation will shortly go bankrupt as their money collapses nationally and worldwide as caused by the dictator trying this total idiot idea!

tricks of politicians who do not want to do what the people want them to. If
political heat is too great, they may repeal the law, but then secretly rewrite
it in new language with new names given to what it is out to do and then this
time pass it successfully in defiance of the will of the American people who
were tricked by politician deception and pure con.
When you the American people by
letters, emails, phone calls, text messages, personal visits, maybe marches in
the streets, etc. tell the politicians you want this FATCA stopped as a law and
now, you also tell them that you want passed and now our Omni Law which is on

name for the actual proposed law, the technical legal name is The Omnibus Civil
Rights Act For America. What the politicians dislike so much about this
proposed law is that it gives legal referendum authority to the American people
to vote out or vote laws or policies in that the American people want and
Congress does not want to carry out the will of the nation over that issue they

their claimed authority and now, and end of matter and discussion! And be
sure that the Omni Law is passed and now. This is checkmate on federal plans to
eliminate the U.S. Bill of Rights and U.S. Constitution as legal authority over
the national government. Only the passing of the Omni Law ends this threat.
Current federal plans include how to confiscate all your money from your
bank accounts any time they decide to and without court order which is total
legal violation of the U.S. Bill of Rights! Also, authority to overrule
the U.S. Bill of Rights was not granted in the U.S. Constitution. It sounds
like FATCA is the federal plan to confiscate all money out of your bank accounts
and transfer all funds to the federal government. Big ambitious federal
plans are hidden behind this FATCA.
Tentatively all retirement
funds are to be confiscated to pay for the federal debt. I have large sums
committed from several sources for the Vatican endorsed food process which
could give America enough new national and world industry as to eliminate
basically all unemployment in America except for those incapable of
working. The federal plan would confiscate all the funds for this giant new
world industry for America and this would constitute the biggest violation
of the Genocide Treaty witnessed in human history. The unpleasant reality is
tht we have a highly criminal government in Wash., D.C. and only
passage of our Omni Law is going to straighten out the government and
make it an honest national government again in character. As Thomas Jefferson
taught, "The entire art of government consists in being honest!"
Wash., D.C. will not believe in honest government again until our proposed Omni
Law is passed into national law. Then we straighten out the problems of Wash.,
D.C. and life returns to a good, normal and prosperous life for Americans
instead of this living like inmates in an insane asylum run by the arch crazies
called federal leaders.
