SITE TO MAKE SURE IT IS ON) LEAVE A VERY THIN RESIDUE OF TEA ON THE
BOTTOM OF THE CUP (PREFERABLY A WHITE CUP) WHEN THE MOISTURE IN THE CUP
DISAPPEARS YOU SHOULD SEE A WAVE EFFECT NEAR THE EDGE OF WHERE THE TEA DRIED
UP.... I HAVE CHECKED THIS AND IT IS ALWAYS DEAD ON... IT IS BEST TO USE PLAIN
TEA AS SUGAR SEEMS TO HAVE AN EFFECT...
BESIDES THERE HAVE
BEEN REPORTS OF 17-32 HAARP BASES AROUND THE WORLD....

Don't even have to go to Dutch's site before doing this experiment. Simply leave a tiny bit of tea in the bottom of your tea cup overnight. When you check the cup the following morning, if HAARP was active - the dried up liquid will be wavy. If HAARP was NOT active overnight in your area, then there will simply be dried up tea. The waves are what shows you that HAARP IS STILL ON and that HAARP was/is active in YOUR area. Going to HAARP Status Network website will show you exactly where the HAARP concentration is. HAARP is NOT DOWN! If anything, it was being serviced and ramped up. Remember, there are many HAARP stations worldwide. Also know that those 'cell towers' are part of the HAARP operation, used to create specific weather anomolies in certain specific areas. There definitely is a 'weather war' going on, as well as other activities that HAARP can be used for/with.
They said they were shutting down the Alaskan station in June after "one more" experiment. They also indicated that they have other technologies for weather modification that they will be using instead.
