CARDEN:As we can see from the clues here, it looks like Mexico has a window open that USA does not. This is a constant clue here on S3A. How can this be possible? And, why would we here in the USA, have to wait another couple of days after the rates are approved in Mexico and Canada? Doesn't make sense to me... eh (I say with my Canadian accent :-))?
