[chattels]    I am reading where some commentators are saying that Maliki loses his powers as Prime Minister on the 15th when a  "caretaker government” begins. My understanding is that in a parliamentary form of government that the incumbent government is the ” caretaker government ” until the next government is seated and of course that would mean that Maliki is the chief executive until replaced by a new government.

[Jester] CHINA IS THE BIGGEST OWNER AND I BELIEVE THEY HAVE SOMEWHERE BETWEEN $1.2T AND $1.5T AT THIS TIME...

Of all the holders of U.S. debt China is the third-largest, behind only the Social Security Trust Fund's holdings of nearly $3 trillion and the Federal Reserve's nearly $2 trillion holdings in Treasury investments, purchased as part of its quantitative easing program to boost the economy.
