Just imagine playing a game of multi-dimensional chess with nearly 200 players who do not speak the same language, have the same cultural backgrounds, and perhaps don't even like each other.
Now throw in a boatload of crooks trying to circumvent every aspect of it for their own agendas & profits. The dynamics of the whole dealio becomes so far from grasp, it's mind numbing to even consider "we" have ANY clue how it "should" work.
