another mailman: Hi Frank! Has there been any articles in the
Gazette or any Iraqi newspapers telling the citizens to pick up their Qi Cards
on July 1st? I appreciate Delta telling us what Iraqi TV is saying, I just
would like to see it in writing also when possible.

student chairman of the Energy Committee in the province of Basra, al-Hassani, the respondent, on Sunday, the federal government and the next Parliament an amendment to the decision of law 84 for the year 1985 which includes maintaining Iirorh hydrocarbon sources of minerals, oil and gas.
He said al-Hassani's "Awan", that "there are claims by municipal and local councils in this subject," revealed the existence of "assigned to the committees of energy and legal in the provincial council to form a panel of engineers to monitor and study the decisions to amend the law."
He added that "there are many oil Lands spread in different regions of the province of Basra, however, is its oil, and the oil ministry, which do not take advantage of them without a need for them, and activate Aldharoa claims in the next parliament for amendments to the law of the former regime, the private hydrocarbon riches."
The head of the Energy Committee that "all government departments in the province and local councils have agreed to this decision after several prior claims to land where there are no acts of extractive oil, adding that the Oil Ministry has prepared experts oilfields and complete study of the amendment has send a copy of the amendment to the Provincial Council for the purpose of moving about the amendments. "
