ALERT!   AMERICANS NEED TO BE AWARE OF  CURRENT  REPUBLICAN  'HEALTHCARE'  REFORMS!!!!    
This last presidential campaign has made most of us keenly aware that there are many traitors on both sides of the Congressional aisle.  There are many Republicans with questionable ties and motives as there are Democrats.   BEWARE!

A few weeks ago I said I was highly skeptical that republicans would ever repeal Obamacare. Why? Because they know the kind of backlash it will create. They know if they're vulnerable in their district, voting to repeal Obamacare could cause them to lose their seat in congress.

 

Well, word broke this week that a new bill is being written by Republicans to replace Obamacare. Sounds promising, right? Not really.  And here's why...

 

From what we know, this bill is nothing but Obamacare-lite! It keeps much of the structure that is in place now, and it merely tinkers with the edges of tax credits and how the whole thing will be funded. And here's the worst part...

 

Many of the TOP conservatives like Rand Paul have been fighting tooth-and-nail to actually see the bill, but the  Republican brass won't let anyone see it! They're working on it in secret.  This is the exact same situation as was dealt to us when Obamacare was being put together and Nancy Pelosi REFUSED to allow Congress to scrutinize the bill.  History is repeating itself now in the halls of CON-gress.  WHAT ARE THEY HIDING FROM AMERICA??

 

People always wonder why I'm highly skeptical of our politicians (even the Republicans that I agree with) and this is why. At my age, I've been LIED to so many times by these snakes, that I just expect it to continue.

The reason Republicans put 37 different repeal bills on Obama's desk is because they knew it would never pass.

So they could toot the horn of repeal (which is what we all wanted to hear) but not have to deal with any of the consequences of the repeal. And now they actually have a chance to repeal it, and they're scared to death to do it, so they're pushing a wimpy version of Obamacare.

 

Like I said, none of this stuff surprises me anymore. But if the Republicans on the hill want to actually live up to their promises of the last 7 years, then they need to follow through and actually repeal Obamacare.  None of this half-hearted stuff that's nothing more than a dog and pony show.
