This will be the highlights of Tony's call and I will update as his CC progresses - Sunny Tony:  "We are right at this point. All we need is a "GO!" T - Why haven't we seen this?    DC .. bit of a toss up . . . waiting on Abadhi at a minimum.  Some people would like to take it into the weekend. . . there are few things they want to wait for, then let it rip open Cards loaded at $3.58 and those that had other rates were adjusted back to $3.58.  Over a million people have received funds on their cards. Confirmation came from several people in several countries.  Would not have remained hidden for long Some paid back to Feb. and some paid to July.  It's being adjusted for all. Last night all bank rates changed to $3.58 $3.58 is populated thru ought their system including CIX system. Iraq citizens being paid from oil revenues.  DC said HCL been approved for a long time. Tony said laws that were previously passed are being implemented today. Tariffs implemented now. Budget thru 2010-2015 included an operational budget, then they had contingency aspects based on when the RV funds came in. Part of "economic reforms" mentioned on TV has been the construction needed for roads, power plants, etc.  They start the planning for those construction projects today Celebration and Festival tomorrow - give to the poor. Defense Minister is same Sunni who has been doing that job for last 5 or so weeks.  They just don't want his name mentioned though.  The issue around a seated Defense Minister is now off the table. DC - Not waiting on budget!  Not waiting on budget!  Not waiting on budget! US can now use Turkey bases now that they have joined the fight against ISIS. UN, administration being supportive. UST being highly supportive pushing things. Bank people on duty - most of the banks have already given their people a date .. doesn't mean it will happen on that day. Now they have an issue were it's $3.58 in country but still at 1166 in the rest of the world.  Iraq citizens outside the country very upset.  It's an issue that cannot last long so all citizens treated equally/fairly. RV on Weekend: To release the RV rate on the weekend, it is easy to control the rate and trading on the boards. Expect fixed rate for awhile (did not catch how long) before the FOREX folks roll with it. GROUPS:  like Admirals and informational groups like Tony will receive 800's # at the same time. RECEIPTS:  DC is taking all his receipts with him to the bank, even though he's been told they are not needed. DC says he understands Dong will go at same time as Dinar even though there is a potential for it to go on hold. SUMMARY: DC: rate showing throughout the world. Tony:  Could be anytime.  weekend plan or next week.  Abadhi is to make a major announcement.  We are looking for it today.  At 3:00 pm ET yesterday all countries were in agreement for this to go.  Nothing but good news. ********************************************************************************* FROM AN ANON 2 MEMBER....WE HEARD LAST NIGHT FROM SOMEONE WE KNOW VERY WELL WHO RECEIVED INTEL REGARDING THE PENDING RV.  THE INFO CAME FROM A HIGH LEVEL AGENT IN A US GOV THREE LETTER AGENCY.  RUMORS AMONG HIGH LEVEL AGENTS ARE THAT THE CIA IS BEHIND ISIS STIRRING UP TROUBLE IN IRAQ.  PUT VERY SIMPLY, THE USA CABAL DOES NOT WANT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE DINARS.  THE GOAL FOR IRAQ IS TO CREATE ENOUGH TROUBLE IN IRAQ TO JUSTIFY TO  WORLD LEADERSHIP FOR THE USA TO AGAIN TAKE FULL CONTROL OF IRAQ.  THE CABAL PLANS TO THEN ISSUE NEW IRAQI CURRENCY WHICH WILL MAKE WHAT WE HAVE NOW WORTHLESS.  WE KNOW WELL AND TRUST 110% THE PERSON WE RECEIVED THE   INTEL FROM.  THIS MAY WELL BE THE REASONS WHY THE USA CONTINUES TO STALL THE RV IN OUR NATION.    THE QUESTION IS WHY ARE WE ALLOWING THE CABAL TO DO THIS...??? SOME WILL IGNORE THIS AND BLOW IT OFF, BUT WE HAVE BEEN RIGHT WAY MORE ON WHAT WE PUT OUT THAN WE HAVE BEEN WRONG...
