Our right to carry, whether concealed or open carry, is provided by our Constitution. When you tell a corrupted state who is carrying, it defeats the purpose of the freedoms provided to us. After all, the 'state' cannot be trusted with something this important, and have shown by their actions again and again this is so. It all boils down to this simple question,...
