Republic - Florida Republic

Dear Florida Patriots:                                                                                January 2011

First, we apologize for the dearth of communications in the Florida Republic.  We have been very busy setting up reliable communications and points of contact in anticipation of a new high pace in 2011.  You will now be hearing from the representatives of the Florida Republic regularly with updates and vital information.   Henceforth, all correspondence concerning the Florida Republic will be disseminated from this official sender, and corroborated with an official copy that can be viewed on the official website:  www.republicofflorida.org .  (This domain will be migrated over to the domain www republicforflorida org in the near future, and notification will be given when that site goes live.)  The Republic of Florida will be raised, recognized, and functional by the end of the month.  This is a completely lawful process reserved to the people to change or improve government.  Actual references to the lawfulness (Black's Law Dictionary Revised 4 th  ed.  ppg. 824, 825) of this effort are attached to this Email.

MISSION STATEMENT:  Our concerted mission, one without ego or politics, is to peacefully,  successfully, and above all, lawfully re-inhabit the interim Florida State Republic, and to ensure its full recognition as such.  We shall conduct ourselves to the utmost degree of tolerance, dignity, and honor.  We will lead by example, bring aboard, and educate Americans in general and Floridians specifically on the duties and responsibilities of the people, who are the true masters of government, and sovereign individuals on the land.

Assembly Meeting and Voting:  On 22 January, 2010, the Florida Republic assembly will meet in Wildwood, Florida, at the following address:  American Legion Building, 401 East 44 (Gulf Atlantic) From ORL, Turnpike, exit on Hwy 301, turn North, to first Traffic light (Hwy 44), turn Right (East), 1/4 mile on left, white building with fencing.  Please see additional detail in the attached instructions document.

Although overwhelmed with work, President Turner has expressed he will do his best to attend this meeting to get to know people and to give a status on the overall National Republic. During this meeting, the assembled people who have their documents in order and current will be voting for individuals to fill the few remaining positions we must fill to be duly recognized as a full-fledged State Republic.  Those who have submitted completed documents and are current, but who cannot attend the meeting in person, will be able to submit their vote online.  There will be a strict policy of one vote for one Email address for one individual.

Check-in & Verification:  Members of the Florida Republic attending the assembly meeting will check in at the entrance and register.  Their identity will be verified and cross-checked in the database.  Please bring photo identification - types of acceptable identification are listed in the attached instruction letter.  Those meeting the document currency requirements will be issued an arm band and permitted to vote in the elections.  The meeting will be video-streamed on the Internet, so patriots can attend and vote remotely.  Online votes will be checked against valid, registered Email addresses in the database.  

Positions and Policy:  There will be several key positions that will be filled during this election.  These positions include Governor of the Republic of Florida, Representatives, Attorney General, and Grand Jury personnel, among others.  Specific job descriptions will be provided to all, for the benefit of individuals who are interested in holding office in the interim Florida Republic government.  It is of paramount importance that every individual fully understands and complies with the following policies:

·    First and foremost have a willing heart to do what ever is

     needed to help raise up this Florida Republic

·    This is a process to fill seats in the interim Florida Republic government to be recognized as fully functional

·    This is a process that is fully lawful according to established,

    published laws in America

·    This is a process completely without ego.  There is no room for self aggrandizement, nor self importance with titles.

·    Each position is specialized to serve the people, and has no purpose other than to be a servant to the people. 

·    No arrogance, character assassination, petty personal arguments, nor personal attacks shall be tolerated and shall be grounds for removal.

·    This is a concerted effort conducted in peace, tolerance, and cooperation, focused on re-inhabiting and rehabilitating the one lawful government.

Submissions:  For those willing to commit to the duties of a position in the interim government, please see questionnaire attached hereto. Please complete, scan, and send the questionnaire to: afc@libertymall.biz or fax it to: 206-350-2441, no later than midnight, Monday January 17^th, 2011. 

Requested Assistance:  We also have a need for voluntary help with typing, website maintenance, video recording, stenography, and other positions.  If you are able to offer your talent for the Republic, please send an email explaining your offer of assistance to afc@libertymall.biz and someone will be in touch.

Citizenry:  We have approximately 850 people who have signed up to the Florida Republic.  All are being notified with this Email. We are consolidating contact information and commitment documentation on each individual.  This information will be used to verify each person' s standing and commitment to the process of lawfully re-inhabiting the Republic.  The Declaration of Sovereign Rights form that must be completed and submitted is attached hereto, and can be found on the republicofflorida.org website.  Please follow instructions provided in the instructions document attached hereto, and send the form to submissions@repulblicofflorida.org  or fax it to (321) 637-7057.

Iterating the most important issue:  We are conducting a process that is lawful and just, according to published law.  See (Black's Law Dictionary Revised 4 th  ed.  ppg. 824, 825).  We are a peaceful, lawful group of Americans in the de facto State of Florida who are re-inhabiting an existing but until now dormant structure of lawful, de jure government, namely the Florida Republic, of and by the people.  We are applying the tools already in existence to make peaceful, quiet, and benevolent change to bring the Republic back into line with the precepts which originally made this country’s honor, dignity, and credibility the envy of every nation on the planet.  We are truly blessed to have these tools in our belt, tools which were bequeathed to us by common law and the brilliant minds of our founding fathers.
